About,

Dr. Earl Maes

"I'm a serial entrepreneur and practicing clinical radiologist with a deep-rooted passion for transforming healthcare. My journey in medicine began at the University of Iowa, where I earned my medical degree and later completed both my residency and fellowship training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, specializing in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiology.

Before focusing on radiology, I spent the first three years of my career as an emergency room physician. That hands-on, fast-paced experience sharpened my ability to make quick, informed clinical decisions and deepened my understanding of frontline patient care. I also completed a family medicine internship, which gave me a broad, whole-person perspective on health—an approach that continues to shape how I practice and lead today."
